We’re looking for talented EMEA Lead Generation Expert to help us innovate.

Leveraging on the right Omni-Channel engagement, End-2-End Automation (eg. for Loans) of Customer facing processes and value creation based on data and information is not only enabled by our DNA but also fully supported by our technology. Our experience is built on successful partnership with Incumbent Banks, Neobanks along all sizes as well as Microfinance companies.

About you

  • You have first experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment (Core banking or Fintech is a plus)
  • You have proven work experience in Business Development, Demand Generation, Marketing or similar Sales roles.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have an eye for a story and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging messages.
  • You are a strong relationship builder, you are transparent & honest and understand a consultative & provocative sales approach
  • You have a hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality with a strong drive and eagerness to learn
  • You’re a creative thinker with the ability to execute in a detailed manner and follow through process
  • An open minded person who enjoys addicting clients & prospects remotely to the value of the product by giving remote presentations in an engaging way
  • You are not upset if you have to travel randomly to cities like Cape Town, Dubai or London
  • You’re an excellent communicator & negotiator and like working with an open minded team

Your Responsibilities

  • Helping to grow our revenue through bringing new leads on board
  • Approaching new clients in our target regions through a variety of methods
  • Build a strong and data driven pipeline of qualified leads across different sources (Online Lead Gen & Offline Lead Gen)
  • Analyse the latest industry developments to adapt the existing go to-market strategy and territory plan for international growth expansion
  • Work on existing key/focus account plans to generate and developed qualified opportunities with Leadership Team
  • Closely collaborate and align with the marketing team to build targeted and measurable initiatives across different channels
  • Strategise and align with the partnership team and supporting strong relationships with partners to create new opportunities
