Fintech Sales Executive Middle East Region

We’re looking for a talented Fintech Sales Executive – Middle East Region – to help us innovate.

As a Sales Executive, you carry your own sales quota for the target. You report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for developing and converting new opportunities into successful and happy customers. You closely collaborate with demand gen specialists and our pre-sales team, as well as the professional services organization. Also, this role will involve working in close cooperation with sales counterparts and defined partners.

We expect you to:

  • Identify and qualify new regional sales opportunities. Working closely together with demand generation specialists on pipeline management.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship between NF Innova and prospects throughout the buying cycle. Work closely together with pre-sales experts on RFPs, deep dives, pitches and POCs.
  • Develop actively new sales opportunities (hunting) for target accounts in the region as well as active partner relationships that result in new software business.
  • Achieve license and service targets as agreed.
  • Cultivate future projects and identify new opportunities in the existing client base.
  • Work closely with the sales director, legal, and finance on structuring and closing pricing and legal contracting aspects.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or University degree and looking forward to pursuing a career with an international company.
  • 5 – 8 years’ relevant sales – hunter – experience (mid-career) – with software / SaaS companies. A track record in the banking industry is a plus!
  • Smart: the ability to understand customer business drivers and ability to establish buy-in at all levels (sales management, delivery leads and senior/executive management).
  • Demonstrable success in managing executive relationships with partners and/or customers.
  • Digital-minded and tech-savvy. Very good understanding of the business value of digitally transformed banks, Customer Engagement and the interaction on digital channels.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written (English & Arabic).
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Set objectives and plan accordingly to achieve those targets.
  • You are based in the GCC region (eg. UAE or Qatar) and have a self-driven personality.
