Project manager

We’re looking for talented Project manager to help us innovate.

About you

  • You are responsible, always proactive and a team member
  • You are willing to learn and improve in your everyday work
  • You have leadership and management skills in leading technical personnel through the delivery of software development projects
  • You have strong analytical and planning skills/experience with software development projects
  • You understand software development life cycle (SDLC),
  • You have a basic understanding of Microsoft technologies
  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, General Information Technology or a related field,
  • You have at least 2 (two) years of relevant experience in project management/business analysis with software development projects, or relevant combination of education and experience
  • Agile and Scrum Master experience is a plus
  • You have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • You have good spoken and written English skills

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and clarify the project scope, including developing a project plan, deliverables, and assessing what is to be included or excluded from the project work
  • Facilitate team ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
  • Work closely with Product Manager/Product Owner and Development Lead counterparts to ensure user stories in the backlog are “development-ready” and that deliverables and timeframes are consistent with business priorities
  • Track iteration status and resolve impediments or blocked user stories as needed
  • Control and document the progress of the project from start to finish, as well as evaluate each stage of the project and the end results
  • Facilitate meetings and cross-team coordination to resolve dependencies, manage expectations and achieve alignment with stakeholders
  • Ensure successful deliverable completion despite challenges of varying complexity
  • Co-creates new ideas with the team to improve performance and productivity
  • Document processes and help define improvements by working with teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
